Terms of Service

OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION:
You acknowledge and agree that any and all information, material, products and services, including photography, data, databases, graphics, text, images, files, software, interfaces, web pages, company names, trademarks, logos and trade names contained on the www.soulisticshots.com website, including the manner in which the content is presented or appears and all information relating thereto, are the property of Soulistic Shots Photography, LLC, its licensors or third parties, as indicated.

TURNAROUND TIME:
The turnaround time for final photos (retouched images) is within 10-14 business days. Unedited photo galleries will be delivered within 48 hours of the session. The client is expected to select and deliver the desired retouched photos to the photographer within 2 weeks of receiving the watermarked images. Failure to select pictures within 2 weeks of shooting will result in the photographer choosing the final images to complete the collection and client will therefore pay for any additional desired images. If images are desired before the 2 week turnaround time, a $150 expedited fee will be added to the client's final balance.

STUDIO SPACE:
Canvas Studios is not owned by Soulistic Shots Photography, LLC; therefore the requested time or date could be unavailable for booking. If necessary, Soulistic Shots Photography may need to adjust your time and date for the session.

RAW/UNEDITED IMAGES:
Raw/Unedited Images should not be posted on any social media platform nor will raw images be given from the session without the watermarked logo. In the event of posting unedited images, your contract will be discontinued and possibly result in cancellation of future bookings.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION:
Soulistic Shots Photography understands that unforeseen circumstances can happen at any moment. Should an emergency arise, please reach out to the photographer so that we can reschedule or cancel your session properly. Please give at least 24-48 hours notice if possible. Also, please be mindful that all retainers are non-refundable.

NO CALL/NO SHOW:
Please respect the time of everyone involved in your session. Please send a text, call, or email if you cannot keep your scheduled time. The photographer will give one courtesy call or text before cancelling your session. Failure to communicate with the photographer and arrive to your session will result in the client being banned from booking any future sessions and 50% of the session balance will be charged to the card on file.
